Returns & Exchanges

At GIK Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your acoustic treatment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return standard products within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Submit a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage the products in their original shipping boxes with all original internal packaging materials to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our facility using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for any damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
